Hi, I'm Kelsey
After having my son in 2023, I started to understand more and more the importance of documenting the small things. Then I got engaged in 2024 and am getting married this year! The small moments with friends and family, the flowers blowing in the breeze, the guests enjoying themselves, and the sweet moments with me and my soon to be husband, I want all of that to look back on and I want others to be able to have those moments too.
As a mom, fiancée, and soon-to-be-bride myself, I know firsthand how quickly time flies and how important it is to preserve memories in a way that feels organic and timeless. Whether it’s a wedding, celebration, or special event, I love creating content that allows you to feel those memories again.

to get content of the BTS of what you offer at events. From photographers to florists to caterers, I can capture you doing what you do best!
*Other Events- I also love capturing non wedding events! Rehearsal dinner, engagement party, bridal shower, birthday, maternity photo session or baby shower. I can customize a package for your event!

What is an event content creator?
My job is to document your day all from an IPhone. I don’t want you to have to worry about family or friends capturing these moments, so let me step in and do it for you! From you and your girls getting ready, to decor details, to your first look with your love, I will be sure to document all those sweet memories for you that showcase the energy, emotions, and personal details of the day!
Do you replace a professional photographer or videographer?
Complement, not replace! I capture your day on an IPhone and provide raw and unedited content. This content does not replace professional photos or video. I will work alongside your photographer and videographer to provide you with candid, in the moment in-betweens without interfering with their artistry. I want to preface that professional photography and videography is always the priority.
Do you require travel fees?
My travel fees are based on mileage from Reno, NV. If your event is located in the Reno/Tahoe/Plumas County areas, there will be no travel fee added. If the location of your event is 3+ hours from Reno, I will require 2 night accommodation.
How do I book?
Please send me an inquiry with what package you’d like as well as the date and type of your event. You can also add any questions or info you’d like me to know! Once received, I will send over a contract for you to sign and request a 20% deposit to lock in your day.
-Inquire- Fill out my contact form with your event date, location, and any details about your vision.
-Let’s chat- We can hop on a call or email to go over your expectations, and how I can best complement your event team.
-Secure your date- One you’ve chosen me as your content creator, I will send over a contract and deposit details.
-Schedule- I will then schedule a strategy call with you for a month out from your event to go over must have shots and answer any additional questions. I will be available to you via phone or email at all times leading up to the event day.
